Upload the files, visit the URL. install.php walks you through DB config and the admin account.
Create Database + Admin User
install.php appears automatically on first load. Enter your database host, name, username, password, and table prefix. Choose a site name, admin username, admin email, and a strong password. The installer creates 12 tables and writesconfig.phpto disk.

Success Screen + Login Link
The installer redirects to /install.php?step=success with a one-time summary. You get the login link (/wah-admin/), site URL, and a reminder to delete install.php. The default theme is active and a Hello World post exists.
