Effective date: 01 January 2027. Operator: Vlemon LLP doing business as WebsiteAndHost (Us, We, Our).
Acceptance
By downloading or using WahPress CMS you agree to these terms. WahPress CMS is a separate product from the WebsiteAndHost SaaS hosting service (which has its own ToS on websiteandhost.com).
Software License
WahPress CMS PHP codebase is licensed to You under the MIT license. Theme and plugin code you write remains entirely Your property. Brand marks (WahPress logo, W H H tricolor lockup, marketing copy) ©Vlemon LLP — no license to reproduce on derivative commercial marketing sites without written permission.
Acceptable use of the download service
no automated scraping at >1 req/sec; no redistribution of the signed "stable" build binary under a competing CMS name.
No warranty
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL Vlemon LLP or WebsiteAndHost BE LIABLE for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with the software.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Us from any claims arising from Your content or Your use of WahPress CMS to infringe third-party rights.
Master API
Your API tokens are Your responsibility. Revoke tokens immediately if compromised — We cannot revoke them remotely for self-hosted installs.
Termination
license terminates automatically if You breach section 2 or 3.
Governing law
The laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
